Job Summary: The Regional Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Operations Director is part of a multi-faceted team which is committed to improving healthcare outcomes and successful execution for ACO. This position requires a strong project management experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills necessary to conduct presentations and lead ACO meetings. The Director provides program management leadership and coordination of ACO oriented programs as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with key ACO leaders and providers in California market. This position is responsible for the successful program design and implementation, identifying opportunities and issues, making recommendations regarding the ACO initiatives, and communication with the business groups involved. The Regional ACO Operations Director will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to execute the strategic and operational program management for the ACO.
