Havenwyck Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Psychiatric Care Specialist Preceptor (PCSP) to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The PCS Preceptor is responsible for the unit based orientation of the new hire clinical staff. This position utilizes standards of practice to teach clinical staff the safe delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with Havenwyck's policies and procedures, as well as State, Federal and other regulatory guidelines. The PCS Preceptor will coordinate the provision of services that reflect the philosophy of the organization, standards of mental health care, care of assigned clients, and overall therapeutic milieu.The PCS Preceptor performs routine patient care duties under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse.
