The Float/DEMPS RN will be the first to be deployed for Emergency Disasters and will follow DEMPS roles and responsibilities. DEMPS deployments could vary in time and length. The Float/DEMPS RN may be assigned to assist in Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Inpatient Mental Health, Primary Care, Ambulatory Surgery or Community Living Center.
