Overview This Sr Quality Improvement Consultant will be responsible for quality improvement for all patients across the continuum of care.This includes population health improvement for patients in the clinic, hospital, post-acute, and ancillary settingswith a specific focus on the ambulatory setting. The Quality Improvement Consultant examines complex organizational issues in order to identify, develop, and execute action plans to achievethe strategic priorities for quality improvement. This role oversees and executes cross-departmental, cross-functional, complexprojects requiring strong collaboration with clinical and operational leaders, central business operations, and other stakeholders.
