The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible and accountable for the delivery of nursing care to Veterans in the Durham VA Primary Care (PACT) and/or Specialty Clinics. The incumbent has the knowledge and skills necessary for carrying out the practical nursing care assignment with patients ranging in age from young adulthood to the senior years of life. The LPN will work under the direction of the RN and report to the Ambulatory Care Nurse Manager.
