We are looking for a Nurse Administrator join our team to run a newly built surgery center in Burnsville, MN!

The Nurse Administrator serves as the chief administrative/nursing officer for the ASC by advocating the mission/vision, creating the environment for success, establishing operational benchmarking/best practices and managing the resources of the organization.  In collaboration with the Medical Director, is accountable for the day to day business operations of the ASC.  on behalf of the Contract Manager, implements the business functions and system outlined in the Management Agreement.

Must have a BSN, preferred having a MBA as well with Operating Room experience. Three to five years’ experience in health care/medical practice administration. Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred.
